We have some good news for you! The CDC Accounting team has grown and I’m very excited to introduce our new Operations Director, Richard Wright.
Richard and I have been friends for years and previously worked together at Hoya Lens UK. We’ve often discussed the prospect of him joining the team, and finally the time has come for him to make the move.
He loves a spreadsheet (like me!) and with experience in supply chain management, logistics, customer service, buying, reporting and analysis, Richard has a great wealth of experience to bring to the team, and we’re sure he’s going to settle into his new role quickly.
Outside of work when he’s not spending time with his wife, Beverley and daughter, Demi, you can find Richard in the gym keeping himself fit, or out mountain biking. Also a keen footballer, he has played for Wrexham FC and Chester, and still plays 5-a-side for a local vets side. If that wasn’t enough to keep him busy, he’s also an FAW referee and has been referring football games for 23 years in total – I just don’t know how he finds the time!
With new team members and the new office move it’s been a great few weeks for CDC, and we have some more exciting announcements coming soon!
