Our Process
Together, we will establish the bespoke course of action required for your business, so it is clear from start to finish what your business needs, with our responsive team available face-to-face, on the phone, and online – from your first consultation, to the stage where you are content with your business.
Prior to this, Chris will work to get to know you as a business owner, to understand your own personal schedule, requirements, your desired personal and business goals – and whether these are achievable through your company. These requirements and goals will be aligned with a bespoke budget, against which your business’ performance and profitability will be measured and reported on monthly, to track your progress towards where you want to be.
Our team will work to remove the steps and processes within your business that could be detracting from maximum efficiency. We connect our work directly to your accounts and interactive online software – much of which we can provide training for – which enables the automated collection of your information, preventing hours of paperwork, sourcing the completion of this paperwork externally, and inaccuracies with accounts and payments. This will help us keep on top of your finances week by week for simple, straightforward, and manageable finances.
